Joss Whedon spoke to a group of reporters this week at a Paley Fest Panel and revealed some of the ideas he has for a sequel to Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog as well as well as how we might be seeing it.
For those of you not familiar with Whedon’s successful internet project, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog is a 43-minute musical film, separated into three episodes, that was made available for viewing online for free (for a limited time) and later available for purchase through iTunes and on DVD.


The series featured the incredible cast of Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion, Felicia Day and Simon Helberg and it earned a huge fan-following, critical acclaim and multiple awards. It even went as far as earning a #15 spot on Time magazine’s top 50 inventions of 2008.
