  The work of Eli Roth provides something of an interesting litmus test. His horror films are regularly out-grossed by his Saw competitors, a fact which is reflected by the general popular appraisal of his films (the first Hostel has a 5.7 rating on IMDb.com, whereas the first Saw has a 7.7).   In honor of the release of Eli Roth’s 2003 Cabin Fever onto Blu-Ray, as well as the 2009 sequel Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever’s initial release onto DVD, Dread Central found this to be the ideal time to catch up with the star of the original, Rider Strong.
