An adult film actress is found strangled in the park and the CSIs must find the killer. Blood and human tissue are found under Ashley Anders' nails and the DNA matches that of the CEO of the company that distributes her films and he's a registered sex offender. Also, Calleigh discovers his answering machine audiotape on which he makes a threat against Ashley. However, there is an accident back at the lab with this crucial piece of evidence and Delko was the last person to handle it. Now, IAB's Rick Stetler is put on the case, much to Horatio's dismay, as the CSIs try to uncover further evidence in order to find the girl's killer.

Eric Delko Will Be Back on 'CSI: Miami' Full-Time

Announcing through Twitter was the character's portrayer Adam Rodriguez who wrote, "Twit Fam, I have some news that I hope will make CSI:Miami fans happy. CBS has also confirmed the return although did not go into details when he would be seen regularly since. Following a series of traumatic events in Eric's life, the character was written off in several episodes in late season seven and the current season eight. While his character is in and out of the unit, Rodriguez spent his time filming a recurring role on "Ugly Betty". But now that ABC has announced that "Ugly" is coming to an end, Rodriguez will have the time to concentrate on "CSI".

Laurence Fishburne To Star In Soderbergh’s Contagion

If his schedule works out, Fishburne will be taking on a “major role.” His role is said to be as big as all of the other actors.
No specific plot details, but the action-thriller takes place over four continents and centers on a terrifying deadly virus outbreak.
Damon, Winslet, Cotillard, Law, Law and Fishburne are going to “play an international team of doctors and scientists brought in by the Cdc (Centers for Disease Control) once a sickness outbreak starts.”
The script for Contagion was written by Scott Burns (The Informant! and The Bourne Ultimatum).
The movie will shoot later this year.
Warner Bros will be distributing Contagion and helping finance the $60 million budget. »
