Brent overhears a conversation that leads him to believe that Oscar and Emma are writing their wills and leaving him the couch he loves, but his misunderstanding only causes everyone to wonder just what it is that Brent's planning. Karen orders a new breathalyzer machine for the road checks, and finds that everyone in town suddenly wants to be pulled over. Lacey puts up a new bulletin board in The Ruby, but too many rules for the board make it one of the less popular spots in town to announce things.

'Corner Gas' Vets Spark New Series
added by newsBotWhile revealing its fall 2009 schedule last week, CTV also confirmed two half-hour comedies that will be in production for air in the 2010-2011 broadcast season.
The first, Hiccups is creative, executive produced and written by Corner Gas creator Brent Butt. Gas alumnus Nancy Robertson stars as a children’s author with anger issues. Butt will co-star as her life coach.
Fred Ewanuick, another Gas vet, is a 30-something bartender who runs for the mayor of his hometown in Dan for Mayor, coming from writers and producers Mark Farrell, Paul Mather and Kevin White.
