Brent and Hank rediscover their old tree house, only to find that it's been taken over by a new group of kids. Deciding that they want it back, Brent and Hank sink to new lows in their fight to reclaim a piece of their lost childhood. Elsewhere, Davis tries to keep Wanda in custody, but she proves her Houdini-like prowess, showing why everyone hates magicians; Lacey tries to learn kung fu from a less than willing Karen. Oscar helps an old friend with her hot water and finds that it's not just the water that's hot.

'Corner Gas' Vets Spark New Series
added by newsBotWhile revealing its fall 2009 schedule last week, CTV also confirmed two half-hour comedies that will be in production for air in the 2010-2011 broadcast season.
The first, Hiccups is creative, executive produced and written by Corner Gas creator Brent Butt. Gas alumnus Nancy Robertson stars as a children’s author with anger issues. Butt will co-star as her life coach.
Fred Ewanuick, another Gas vet, is a 30-something bartender who runs for the mayor of his hometown in Dan for Mayor, coming from writers and producers Mark Farrell, Paul Mather and Kevin White.
