Host Of Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" To Speak At University Of Florida

Rowe has worked in just about every industry and has filmed in most every state. Rowe celebrates hard-working Americans who make life possible for the rest of us. Recently, Rowe launched a website called mikeroweWORKS.com, where skilled labor and hard work are featured and celebrated. Rowe's hope when he created the site, was to bolster enrollment in trade schools and technical colleges.
In addition to his hosting duties on Discovery's Dirty Jobs, he is the voice for "The Deadliest Catch" and hosts Shark Week and Egypt Week Live. He has also worked as a musician and appeared on QVC.

The comedy headlined by Christina Applegate was expected to return but ended up being cut from ABC's schedule due to budgets. • Making it official, CBS handed out several orders for pilots Monday involving the NCIS spinoff starring LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell; the legal drama The Good Wife headlined by Julianna Margulies; the medical drama Three Rivers with former Moonlight star Alex O'Loughlin in the lead; the Jenna Elfman comedy Accidentally on Purpose; and the ensemble medical drama Miami Trauma from Jerry Bruckheimer. The NCIS spinoff, Three Rivers, The Good Wife and Accidentally on Purpose are all from CBS Television Studios and Miami Trauma is from Warner Bros.
