Legend Of The Seeker

Ted Raimi, who starred as Joxer the Mighty in Xena: Warrior Princess, will make a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of Legend of the Seeker, once again playing the shady map-maker Sebastian, a role he originated last season.
In the episode, Sebastian will team up with Zedd's brother Thaddicus to sell a magical cure for the "Banelings" -- evil spirits who have returned from the underworld to kill.
No word on when the episode will air. Since leaving Xena, Raimi has worked steadily in films and on television, including in the directorial projects of many Xena alumni. »

Four Torches (Out of Five) Warning: The following review contains spoilers for the "Baneling" episode of Legend of the Seeker. So it's going to be one of those seasons of Legend of the Seeker, is it? By that I mean: really, really dark! Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, of course. In "Baneling," we learn that Darken Rahl, in association with the Keeper (the god of the Underworld), is making a deal with newly killed souls: they can return to the world of the living through gap that's opened -- but only as long as they agree to kill more people while alive. Problem is, it's not just the D'Haran soldiers who are taking the deal and willing to become what are called "banelings." There are plenty of other folks who are opting in -- and they're not necessarily the people you'd think would be sent to the Underworld in the first place. »

I’m not entirely sure what “Legend of the Seeker’s” second season will be all about, but it seems to feature lots of scenes with Charisma Carpenter and other lovely ladies wearing skintight red outfits (and even one girl-on-girl smooch!). That’s, you know, kinda hot. Season 2 promos for “Legend of the Seeker”, including a brief teaser for the upcoming season below. The show returns to the airwaves November 7. »
