Teri Hatcher Wants to Back to Triathlon in 2010

The actress followed in the footsteps of celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey and signed up to swim, bike and run in California's Malibu Triathlon in September 2009.
She crossed the finish line in just over two hours and six minutes - and admits she was ecstatic just to have made it to the end of the grueling course. Hatcher hints she is ready to do it all again for 2010 - but this time, she wants to finish in the top few. She says, "Maybe next year. Maybe next year I'll be more competitive."

Gone Too Soon: Earth 2
added by newsBotIn 1994, I was excited about My So-Called Life and Friends, but not much else on the TV schedule caught my eye. A friend of mine loved ABC's Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, so I would go over there to hang out and watch it.
Being sci-fi buffs, we decided we should check out Earth 2, a new show that aired an hour before L&C on NBC. I have this tendency to at least try out all the new science-fiction shows, knowing that even if I like them, the odds of them surviving beyond one season are slim. I quickly gave up on M.A.N.T.I.S. over on Fox, but found myself more intrigued by Earth 2.
What a fascinating and sophisticated look at a science fiction world. It was so much more realistic and grounded than the Star Trek series could ever be. The »

Smallville's new Superman costume unveiled, plus cast updates
added by newsBotThe Geek Files recently posted some fan art offering a glimpse of how the new prototype Superman costume would look in Season 9 of Smallville - and you can see that here.
Well, we now have a look at the real thing, with a set picture included here that shows Tom Welling's young Clark Kent in a black top with a silver S emblem (his Kryptonian family crest) and a black trenchcoat.
Reactions online are mixed to say the least, with some saying it's too much like a Matrix outfit and nothing like Superman and others welcoming the show taking another step on the journey towards turning the character into a fully-fledged costumed superhero.
