James Van Der Beek Files for Divorce From Wife Heather McComb

James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb got engaged in early 2003 before then walking down the aisle on July 5 the same year. In June this year, the small screen actor had his representative publicly confirming that he and Heather have separated, but giving no clue what caused the break-up. However, in his divorce papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, James listed his date of separation from Heather on April 15, 2009.
As of the press time, there has been no single statement outed by Heather regarding her separation from James. The pair has no children together. »
