At Tagi, everyone begins to get annoyed by Dirk and Sean's inability to contribute anything worthwhile to the tribe, although the duo has been searching for tapioca and fishing. Pagong's accuracy drives the team to a victory, winning fruit and three live chickens. Joel & Gervase begin to have strong bond and others get interested when Greg & Colleen go off all the time together. At Immunity, Pagong wins, and at Tribal Council, Dirk receives 4 votes, enough to send him packing. The tribe has spoken.

11.5m tune in for 'Survivor' premiere

The opening episode of the 19th series of the reality show was seen by a respectable 11.5m during the 8pm hour. Its nearest rival, the season premiere of Fox's Bones, put in 10.1m. Also at 8pm, the second episode of Vampire Diaries had 3.8m, a drop of around 1m on last week's performance.
