As Fangoria celebrates it’s 30th Anniversary this year, some longtime friends of the magazine are celebrating their own anniversary. On May 12th, Megaforce Records will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Fistful Of Metal, the 1984 debut from Anthrax. Rock and Horror are a match made in heaven hell, and few bands have quite the association with the genre (and Fangoria) as Anthrax.
As the special-edition release of their first album approaches, and with their first studio album in six years, Worship Music (their first with vocalist Dan Nelson) due out this Fall, Fango caught up with members of the band to talk music, and of course, talk horror.

Welcome to the first installment of a new column here at Fangoria.com, Back Catalogue. Sometimes the Catalogue will cover new releases of older films, and sometimes it will feature exactly what the title implies, back catalogue items. These will normally be from smaller specialty labels that have formed the backbone of the horror fans ability to build a truly representative collection of their favorite films. Author Stephen King and director George A. Romero, produced this 1982 anthology of original episodic stories inspired by 1950's E.C. horror comic book series "Tales From The Crypt". The newly-restored Blu-ray edition will be available September 8 from Warners Home Video. The five stories are framed within the pages of a comic book that a boy's disgusted father has tossed into the garbage at the beginning of the film.
