Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Most fans will be aware by now that “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” will not be returning for a third season on Fox after it was canceled by the network. Some fans, and give them credit for their efforts, are obviously still trying to lobby various networks and studios to at the very least produce a straight-to-dvd follow up or continuation of the series on a new network after the Season Two finale aired earlier this year.
Speaking to Sci-Fi Wire recently, James Middleton who was a producer on the show hinted at possible storylines and plot directions, but also seemed to downplay the notion that the show could return:
“I feel like I don’t want to raise anybody’s expectations about what’s going to happen with those characters,” Middleton said in an exclusive phone interview Wednesday while promoting Terminator: The Machinima Series. “I can tell you that I love those characters.

Ron Moore's Virtuality premieres this weekend. It'll probably wind up being just a burn-off of the pilot, no series, no continuation of the story, no weekly, meaty goodness.  But Fox isn't saying one way or the other.
