12/18/2007
Until just recently, we thought we were the center. We thought everything revolved around us. But now we know we orbit a sun that we call our Sun. And then in turn the Sun revolves around a super-massive black hole in the center of our galaxy. And then again our galaxy is not stable anywhere. It is not the center. We are flying around the universe at speeds beyond human endurance. We now take a closer look at the gigantic cluster of stars and debris and other phenomena we call the Milky Way.

Overlooked Greatness: Across the Universe (2007)
added by newsBotPhoto: Columbia Pictures You bring up Across the Universe in conversation with a few friends, and they all have an opinion. 'Spider-Man' Musical Gets Opening Night
added by newsBotSpider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, the new stage musical that follows the origin story of everyone's favorite spider-themed Marvel-owned superhero, has finally set an opening night.
The musical, which is directed by Julie Taymor and features music and lyrics by Bono and the Edge, will go into previews January 16th of next year, and then open to the public on February 18.
Thus far, it has not been revealed whether or not anyone has been cast in any roles, nor, for that matter, what roles are going to appear in the musical at all.
I spent three whole sentences without mentioning that I think this is going to be a disaster. See how I did that? It probably doesn't help that we're in a recession, and the 'would-spend-money-on-a-Spider-man-musical' crowd probably isn't as excited about spending up to $100 on a musical brought to us by the director of Frida and Across The Universe
