Official Site & Clip for Triple Dog
added by newsBotAnd the award for most eye-rolling title goes to ... Triple Dog! Taken from the common phrase “I triple dog dare you to…”, this new teen thriller found itself an official site recently, and some teaser footage has shown up online as well.
Quiet Earth discovered the official Triple Dog site along with the footage you can see below, which is more than likely the opening shots of the film. The film stars Brittany Robertson (Dan in Real Life) as one of six high school girls who get involved in a game of dare that goes way too far. Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s Halloween), Alexia Fast (“Tin Man”), Janel Parrish (“The O.C.”), and Emily Tennant (Juno) also star.
Hit the official Triple Dog site to learn more about the film, where you can submit your own dare to the production team and get access to exclusive clips.

Weekly TV Wrap Up - February 26th, 2009
added by newsBotHello Screen Rant readers. There isn’t a lot of TV stuff going on, but I did manage to dig up some noise on a few things. Namely some info on the upcoming Caprica DVD, Tin Man, The Mentalist, Dollhouse, Heroes and ER.
Let’s get to it.
The CW
Earlier this week we reported that The CW renewed Smallville and Supernatural. In addition to those tentpole shows, they also renewed Gossip Girl, 90210, America’s Next Top Model (cycles 13 and 14) & One Tree Hill. They’ve also ordered a prequel to Gossip Girl, titled Lily, and 2 other new shows, the Vampire Diaries and something called Light Years.

Caprica
Last week in this column I reported that the Battlestar Galactica prequel, Caprica, is being release on DVD before it airs. Way before it airs. The uncut, unrated version will be coming out April 21st, 2009. The show isn’t due out until its 2010 premiere date.

"House" on DVD! See three clips from the eerie horror!
added by newsBotWe have three clips in from Lionsgate's "House" on DVD today! Starring Michael Madsen, Leslie Easterbrook, Bill Moseley, Lew Temple and Julie Ann Emery. Robby Henson ("Th3e," "The Visitation") helms the film from the screenplay by Rob Green based on the novel written by Ted Dekker and Frank Peretti. What we said about the film: Quick: When I say "Christian movie" what's the first thing that comes to mind? Cheesy? Preachy? Low budget? Kirk Cameron? When I heard that Namesake Entertainment was making a movie based on the best selling novel House by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker, and that it was being directed by Robby Henson, who adapted Dekker's book Thr3e for the screen, my first thought was, "How cheesy is this going to be?" I saw the film "Thr3e," and trust me, to call it ridiculous would be a compliment. For the most part, films made by
