NCIS Dips into Murder Club to Find Vance's Wife
added by newsBotNCIS is expanding Director Vance's family tree, and in fact had Murder on its mind when casting Leon's missus. Paula Newsome, who last starred on ABC's Women's Murder Club, will guest-star as Jackie Vance on the CBS drama's March 17 episode. Khamani Griffin (All of Us) and China Anne McClain (House of Payne), both age 10, appear in the same episode as Leon's kids. Leon himself, of course, is played by TVGuide.com celebrity blogger Rocky Carroll.

Sony Impresses, Nintendo Disappoints at E3
added by newsBotSony unveiled the PSP Go, a motion controller, and a slew of impressive titles--including a new one from Rockstar, creators of the Grand Theft Auto franchise--during today's E3 video game expo. While Nintendo, maker of the leading Wii console, failed to generate much enthusiasm at its press conference.
Nintendo had a tough act to follow, with lots of big news coming out of Microsoft's Xbox 360 event yesterday. Nintendo showed Wii Motion Plus, an update to the existing controller. Wii Fit Plus, also an update. And Wii Sports Resort, an update to their popular sports title that adds archery and three-point basketball to the mix. In other words, not much new--even if the games will sell a gajillion copies.
Nintendo did reveal that several new DS games will include user-generated content that can be shared wirelessly or downloaded from the DSi store (including Wario Ware Dyi and animation creator FlipNotes Studio

Sneak Peak: New CW Shows

We already know that The CW has given the green light for the Gossip Girl spinoff and there is loud chatter of a remake of Melrose Place. But what about some new show that we can really sink our teeth into? Vampire DiariesRobert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone have made vampires so hot these days that The CW is jumping on the blood sucking bandwagon and coming out with a new show called Vampire Diaries. If you love the intensity and passion in Twilight, then you are going to love Vampire Diaries.
